Building Strong Foundations Inc, provides social services to meet the needs of community residents throughout the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County and surrounding region. We partner with local and state entities to provide needful social services to support senior independance, family stability, & youth mentoring with an implemented focus on mental health.
Senior Services
We provide direct care services to support seniors in maintaining independence. We provide custom fit services to meet the unique challenge needs of your loved ones & seniors. We have a variety of payment options to meet every budget, including Private pay, Medicare/Medicaid, and offer a sliding scale fee based on income and unique budget needs.
Family Support
No one is exempt from needing help from time to time. Whatever the need, BSFI is here to assist families in maintaining a healthy home life. We provide resources for new parents and provide referral assistance to community partners to support resolution of urgent needs.
Mentoring
BSFI is a community support partner and provides mentoring support for parents, women and children through partnership with local and community stake holders. We provide individual classes and trainings through out the year, that focus on holistic well-being and mental health.
